TREATMENT OF PERSONAL DATA

We inform you that the data you will provide to the operator of this site when completing the “contact form” or the “registration form” of the site itself will be treated in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 196/2003, Protection of personal data.

The contact and registration forms made available on the site have the sole purpose of allowing visitors to contact, if they so wish, the site manager, by sending an email through the aforementioned forms.

This information concerns the personal data sent by the visitor when completing the contact form and the registration form.

We inform you that the data you will voluntarily provide though the contact form will be transformed into an email that might possibly be stored within the email reception system used by the site owner.

These data, and all other data deriving from your navigation on the site, will not be recorded on other media or devices.

The purposes of the processing of your data are the following: the data you send via the contact forms will be used for the sole purpose of being able to contact you in order to fulfill any request contained in the message you sent via the aforementioned form.

The personal data processed will be exclusively the common data strictly necessary and relevant to the purposes referred to in point 1.

The processing of the personal data is carried out by means of the operations or the set of operations indicated in Legislative Decree 196/2003 art. 4 paragraph 1 letter a).

3.NATURE OF THE PROVISION AND CONSEQUENCES OF A REFUSAL

There is no obligation to provide the operator of this site with the personal data requested in the contact form or in the registration form

The provision of data via the contact form is optional.

However, the refusal to provide for the purposes referred to in art. 1 will make it impossible to contact the website manager though the contact form made available on the site.

4. HOLDER OF THE TREATMENT

The personal data collected through the contact form and the registration form will be sent by email to Cometa Società Cooperativa in Reggio Calabria, manager of this website, which will be the Data Controller.

5. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

Subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right, at any time, to obtain confirmation about the data provided, and to know their content and origin, verify their accuracy or request updating, integration or correction (Legislative Decree 196/03-art. 7).

The user has also the right to request cancellation, transformation into an anonymous form, blocking of data processed in violation of the law and, in any case, to oppose their processing for legitimate reasons.

6. DURATION OF THE TREATMENT
